1、 Holiday time
According to the national notice on holiday arrangements for 2024, combined with the actual situation of our company, the specific arrangement for the Mid Autumn Festival holiday is as follows:
On September 14th (Saturday), I will take a day off and resume normal work;
Holiday period: September 15, 2024 (Sunday) to September 17, 2024 (Tuesday), a total of 3 days.
Working hours: Normal work will resume on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
2、 Work arrangement
Please ask department heads to make advance work arrangements before the holiday, ensure that all business is handled properly before the holiday, and prepare emergency duty plans during the holiday period.
For colleagues who need to continue working during holidays, please report to the department manager in advance and ensure that the work handover is correct to ensure the continuity and stability of the company’s business.
3、 Safety Tips
During the holiday period, please pay attention to personal safety and health, follow traffic rules, avoid crowded places, and take personal protective measures.
If you need to travel, please plan your itinerary in advance, understand the weather, transportation, and other conditions of the destination, and inform your family or colleagues of the itinerary arrangements to maintain smooth communication.
